Welcome to the photo album for Pastor Kevin & Ann’s trip to Israel in March of 2009.
This trip was truly a gift from God. Pastor Kevin was given a gift from a ministry in the Twin Cities. This ministry had received a grant to send senior/solo pastors to Israel who might otherwise never be able to go. Three pastors received this gift. And yet God wasn’t entirely done in just sending Pastor Kevin. The church family at Cornerstone put their heads together and said “We’ve got to send Ann. We can’t let Pastor Kevin go alone.” (I think this was genuinely out of love for us; otherwise, some of them were probably concerned I’d get myself in trouble and arrested and see the inside of the jail cell where the Apostle Paul spent some time!). So, upon gathering a collection together, they made a presentation to us in order to send Ann along. The love from this body is truly overwhelming. I’m not deserving of it.
The following photo albums will show the many, many, many photos I took while in Israel from March 5 until March 16. The blessing of a digital age is that one can take scads of pictures without the worry of cost of development. Hence, the great number of pictures. The bane of a digital age is that one can take scads of pictures without the worry how many of them will make sense later on to the viewer. When you enter each album, there will be the general thumbnail catalog with captions to help describe each scene just a bit.
